District Commodore
Commodore Rodney Donohoo
Commodore Donohoo joined the Auxiliary in 2013. Since joining the Auxiliary,
Commodore Donohoo has held every elected leadership position in the District,
including Flotilla and Division Commander, as well as District Captain and Chief of Staff.
As a licensed attorney, he has previously served for several years as an Assistant
District Legal Officer. He currently serves as District Commodore for the Southwest
District, Southern Region for the 2025-2026 term.
Commodore Donohoo received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alaska,
where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in justice and served as a
police officer in Alaska prior to attending law school. Commodore Donohoo graduated
magna cum laude from California Western School of Law with a juris doctorate degree,
and was Managing Editor of both the Law Review and International Law Journal.
Commodore Donohoo received his California State Bar license in 1989 and has
practiced law throughout California for the last 36 years, primarily in the area of
business litigation and corporate governance and business transactions. As a trial
attorney, he has obtained numerous multi million dollars verdicts and settlements. He
has also previously served as Judge Pro Tem of the San Diego Superior Court, and has
received numerous professional awards and recognition, including a rating of AV
Preeminent, the the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards. He
also received multiple year recognition in Super Lawyers, and in America’s Top Lawyers
and San Diego’s Top Attorneys. As a licensed Athlete Agent, Commodore Donohoo
has also represented numerous mixed martial artists, including top UFC fighters, and
actively competes in Jiu Jitsu tournaments throughout the country. Commodore
Donohoo and his wife Danielle reside in San Diego, California, and have three grown
children.
District Chief of Staff
Christopher Milano, DCOS
District Chief of Staff Chris Milano. District Chief of Staff Milano joined the Auxiliary in 1990. Since
joining the Auxiliary, Chief of Staff Milano has held every elected leadership position and several
appointed positions in the District, including Flotilla and Division Commander, District Captain, DDC
Response, DSO-PE as well as Asst. Branch Chief E-Directorate. He currently serves as District Chief of
Staff for D11 South for the 2025-2026 term. District Chief of Staff Milano received undergraduate
degree from Rider University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and
Organizational Behavior, a minor in History and is a fraternal brother of Delta Sigma Pi. District Chief of
Staff Milano began his professional carrier in Hotel & Casino Operations as Food and Beverage Manager
in multiple venues and properties and then progressed to gaming operations as Casino Manger where
he opened five casinos and conducted 8 mergers and acquisitions throughout the country. In 2011 he
moved to Las Vegas where he held multiple positions as Global Corp Sr. Manager Marketing
Deployment, Sr. Business Relationship Manager, IT Strategic Investment Initiatives Mergers and
Acquisitions, and Director Product Management and Business Analysis. He now works for Aristocrat
Interactive as Sr. Technical Program Manager overseeing multi-million-dollar projects and international
teams. District Chief of Staff Milano is an avid sports fan who loves his Philadelphia Phillies, Eagles, and
Flyers and is always willing to play a round or two of golf. District Chief of Staff Milano and his wife Lisa
reside in Henderson, Nevada, and have two children Anthony 20 and Alexandra 17.
